One Milan landmark in every bottle
Milano Fragranze is a Milan perfume line that followed Masque Milano, the house Alessandro Brun and Riccardo Tedeschi co-founded in 2010. The Milan line arrived in 2020. Its creator says he was born and raised in Milan and kept returning to the same places for decades. The collection is built on the genius loci, the spirit of the place: each scent takes one spot in the city and tells the story of the people who passed it. The company behind it is Masque srl, based in Pioltello, Milan.
Each fragrance is composed by a named perfumer. Nathalie Feisthauer made Neon Lights, Mathilde Bijaoui made Panettone, and Violaine Collas made Basilica, La Prima and Brera. The formulas lean on essential oils and absolutes, and the full bottle is a 100 ml eau de parfum.
Milano Fragranze has no shop of its own. On its store locator, the Milan stockists include 50 ml, a perfume shop at Viale Monte Nero 16, and 10 Corso Como. A 100 ml bottle costs €130 on Artistic Fragrances, the brand's official web shop. Start with Naviglio, the scent of the city's old canals, then walk to the Navigli district to compare.
