Made in Thailand, and the Thai word for friend
MITH Bangkok takes its name from an abbreviation for made in Thailand. Said aloud in Thai, mith also means friend or friendship, and the brand links good fragrance with good friendship. It says its scents are meant to bring back happy childhood memories. The company behind it, MEE MIT MAK Co., Ltd, is based in Sai Mai, Bangkok. In August 2025 the Singapore beauty site Daily Vanity listed it among rising Thai fragrance brands and named its founder as Phurit Bhirombhakdi.
Each product page names the perfumer, such as Quentin Bisch for Nude and Fabrice Pellegrin for Golden Rice. Some scents draw on Thai food and places: Kati Ruam Mitr turns a Thai coconut ice cream cart into perfume, and another is named for moonlight on the Chao Phraya River.
MITH runs its own shops. In Bangkok, try MITH Boutique Siam on Siam Square Soi 6, open daily from 10:00 to 21:30, or its shops at CentralWorld and ICONSIAM. A 15 ml Crystal Flower costs 599 baht and 100 ml costs 2,659 baht. Smell Nude first: Daily Vanity singled it out as soft, clean and musky, and it sits close to the skin.
