PROAD, Bangkok perfumes named for a Thai feeling
PROAD is a Bangkok perfume brand run by the company MEE MIT MAK Co., Ltd., which gives its address in Sai Mai, Bangkok. Proad is a short Thai word for a feeling of fondness and satisfaction, and the house says it uses memories, places, poems and melodies as material for its scents. In 2026 Tatler Asia named it among 13 Thai perfume brands to know and called it a brand on the edgier side.
PROAD works with perfumers from abroad. For its 7 Sins Collection, perfumers were asked to turn each deadly sin, with its colour and its demon, into a scent: Dominique Ropion signed Pride and Jean-Christophe Hérault signed Envy. The Tea Collection, by Quentin Bisch, has four teas: white, green, red and black. The Classic Collection brings back scents from PROAD's very first collection, dropped several years ago and now rebuilt.
Its own branch list names MITH Boutique Siam on Siam Square Soi 6 and two shops in CentralWorld, one on the 5th floor in the Urban Balance Zone and one in Zone B, all open daily from 10:00 to 21:30. In Chiang Mai the list includes 8 Nimmana Haeminda Soi 3. The list does not say which branch carries which collection, so call ahead. Its site does not show prices.
